The Association of Japanese Geographers celebrates its 100th anniversary this year since its establishment in 1925. As part of the commemorative activities, the Encyclopedia of Geography was published by Maruzen Publishing under the chief editorial direction of Prof. Yuji Murayama, Vice President of Asian Geographical Association.
